I wasn’t sure about this but thought I’d give a try. It is a good price and effective. I use it for pelvic muscles and just inner thighs. It’s easy to use and you can definitely feel a burn.

Easy to use and exactly as described by seller

I have a hard time doing some of the exercises at the gym. I thought this would be good for home use. It is ok. My daughter and I are different sizes. We both had trouble with this not sliding out from between our knees. I can hold it while doing the exercise. Plus side is we do feel the results. It is fairly compact and lightweight. I was able to throw it in my suitcase for a recent trip

Don’t buy this. I bought mine on May 5th. Today it broke. Waste of money.

Gave 5 stars for fast shipping and item worked as it should, but I returned it after a little while because I wasn’t using it like I thought I would.
